Note that:
1. We will start our program at 5:30 P.M.
2. Transportation arrangement for Senior Members requiring this service will be made and a separate email will be sent shortly with the details.
3. One food packet (Veg/ Non-Veg) will be served in a takeaway container at the end of the program to the RSVP’d members.
4. Food packets will be provided for children 5 years and above.
5. To avoid wastage, food packets will be ordered strictly on the basis of RSVP head count.
6. Kindly note that we will not be accepting RSVP responses beyond the deadline date of 23rd October 2017.
